Last week I went to Bohol, an island just to the east of Cebu in the Philippines, to go diving with my parents. We spent a night in Manila then caught a flight to Tagbilaran City in Bohol. The airport has one runway, one gate, and a luggage carousel that is about 10 ft long.

We drove from Tagbilaron City to Panglao Island in a van (although I would've preferred a Philippine Jeepney) and got settled in for diving the next day. There was some amazing diving off the coast of Panglao and near the island of Balicasag. We saw schools of hundreds of Jack Fish and Barracuda, hawksbill turtles, moray eels, octopus, banded sea snakes, lion fish, huge gargonian sea fans, trigger fish, nudibranches, shrimps, and other reef fish.

On the last day we toured Bohol Island and saw the Philippine Tarsier.
It is a little nocturnal animal that lives in caves and has HUGE eyes. As strange as they are, something about them makes them cute!
